“Total Hotty” is our Fermented Scotch Bonnet Ketchup. A mash of scotch bonnet chillies and garlic is salted and left to naturally ferment – developing complexity and flavour. This is then cut through our house-made marinara sauce and balanced out with a hit of white wine vinegar to produce a medium-hot table sauce that you’ll want to put on everything!
